The first words that came to my mind yesterday as I strolled through the little Parc de Batignolles yesterday and laid eyes on this blossom tree were, oddly, "bada-bing, bada-bang" a la Tony Soprano. Wow. This gorgeous cherry blossom tree was in full glory as the quickly fading, late afternoon sun danced along its surface. Feeling a little depressed with the cold and earlier gray weather of Paris after sun-filled Barcelona, I was quickly awakend to the beauty of this Parc and of Spring.
